Planting + Fertilizing Trees

As we finish summer and head into the fall season, it is time to think about planting trees. This month we have partnered up with Plant NOVA Trees to share information about why the fall season is the best time for planting trees. One reason is due to the cooler temperatures, which allow trees to experience less stress. Also more water is available, since it is not evaporating in hotter temperatures.

If you would like to learn more about planting trees in this time of weather, then please check out Plant NOVA Tree’s website and blog. You can also check out this YouTube video where Jim talks about how to plant a tree in this fall season.

Another thing that you should keep in mind during the fall season, is the fertilization of your trees. We recommend getting your trees deep root fertilized during November/December, so if any of your trees have not been fertilized in the past couple of years, we suggest reaching out to set up a free estimate.

As we near the holidays, we would also like to take this moment to thank each and every one of our customers for their continued support. We hope that our relationships continue to grow as the years go on and remember that we will always be here when you need any tree work done.

Stay Warm and Happy Holidays!
